I am seeking a seasoned senior sales associate who can help me wholesale properties in the USA from leads that are provided.
Key Requirements:
- All leads will be provided.
- Wholesale Residential and Mixed-use Properties: The types of properties you'll be working with predominantly will be residential and mixed-use.
- Minimum of 4 Properties under Contract within 5 Days: You'll need to get at least 4 properties under contract within a week.
- Disposition of all 4 properties: Furthermore, you'll be responsible for disposing of all 4 properties to a buyer.
- Ensure on-time Closures: It's crucial that you make sure all properties are on track to close within 20 days.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven Sales Expertise: Extensive experience in the sales field, particularly in real estate, is essential.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate effectively and close deals swiftly is a must.
- Understanding of Wholesale Market: Previous experience in wholesaling properties is highly desirable.
- Excellent Communication: Good communication skills to liaise effectively with buyers, sellers, and all other parties involved.
