Send My Emails Without Them Getting Marked as Spam

I've been collecting email leads of Doctors. The goal is to send them the same template email message, with same subject line too, and just replace a [reference name] in each email. I obviously don't want any of them to get marked as spam. So I'm looking for an expert in this field to help.

Once task is complete, I not only want proof of being sent but proof of openings/ not getting marked as spam. I know for example a google chrome extension can tell you status. So I'd like login info to that extension so I can see real proof.
