Compensation Structure:
To start, we will guarantee $800/week + commission for the first 90 days.
Commission at $25/policy sold.
After 90 days from RTS, agents are expected to reach minimum benchmarks of 70 policies/week. The weekly salary will be altered to $25 commission/policy with an $800/week guarantee draw. We will also launch additional bonus incentives based on performance and tiered commissions.
Bonus Structure & Tiered Commissions to be confirmed in the following weeks, such as:
Weekly Bonus for individuals hitting 120 deals / week
Monthly Bonus for reaching 500 closed deals
Quarterly Vacation Club for 1200 closed deals
Annual Vacation Club for 5000 closed deals
