Seeking Appointment Setters

Hello, I am seeking an appointment-setting agency for cold calling. My leads will be provided. I am looking for 3-5 agents on an ongoing basis. My company is pre-revenue and cannot afford to pay a flat rate. However, we are willing to pay around $50 per successful appointment as well as 3% commission on closed deals. Our books are transparent and the agency can use their call sheet for successful appointments, in order to verify close deals. The average deal size is around $30,000. We will also fund the calling technology.
