I have three active campaigns—one targets residential and commercial property owners, the other promotes a business software. The task is to pick up the phone, open with a confident cold-call script, and spark genuine interest that converts to qualified appointments or direct sales.

Because both campaigns run in parallel, experience navigating real-estate conversations (from single-family homes to large commercial spaces) is just as important as the flexibility to shift into a product-centric pitch. You will work from my cloud CRM, update contact notes in real time, and record each call so we can refine the script together.

Key deliverables
• Daily call log with contact outcome
• Scheduled appointments or closed sales noted in the CRM
• End-of-week recap highlighting objections, opportunities, and next steps

I’ll supply lead lists, brief product sheets, and real-estate talking points; you bring proven cold-calling confidence and a clear, energetic phone presence. Let’s start with a small batch of calls—if the conversion rate meets target, we’ll scale up immediately.
