Search Internet for New Clients / Paid Per Lead

Our law firm is looking for someone who is looking to make some extra money helping to find new clients by making cold calls and sending emails to businesses, contacting hiring managers and business owners on Facebook/LinkedIn/BBB/Manta/ect, joining groups such as Twitter/Reddit/Facebook/ect to post about our law firm...
This position does not offer salary or hourly wage, but instead we offer a chance to work remotely and make around $20-$50 hourly as an average commission/bonus for each client. We would provide you a company email account and online Voip softphone to make calls and send emails and each time you get a a lead, we pay $25, each time the lead schedules a consultation, we pay $50, and each time we open a case/retainer we pay $100, which can be up to $175 per client. This is easy to track in your company provided Salesforce account. If you can speak and read/type fluent Spanish, we pay an additional $25.
We currently have 4 sales professionals on staff and looking to bring on one more before the summer ends to gear up for our fall/winter quarter! If interested, please reply with why we should choose you!
