Salesperson/Cold Calls/Closing/Appointment Setting for a HR Services Business
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I'm looking for an experienced salesperson to make cold calls to prospective clients and set appointments with them for my HR services business. My business offers a range of HR outsourcing services, including Employee Management and Talent Acquisition.
You'll be making cold calls with the ultimate goal of making sales from the calls, but if sales are not forthcoming then the desired outcome would be to secure in-person meetings with the potential client. I'm happy to negotiate an additional payment for any actual sales made, over and above your hourly rate.
This job requires an experienced salesperson who understands the nuances of cold calling, appointment setting and closing in order to succeed in this role. In addition, you must demonstrate excellent customer service and be well-versed in the HR outsourcing industry.
