B2B Sales respresentative

Dear,
We are looking to build a team of B2B sales representative selling cybersecurity products and services.
We will support you by providing list of contacts.
Your job is to contact the leads (cold calls, email,..) and arrange a meeting with a sales technical expert.
We use a CRM to track the actions.
After some weeks of experience and if you feel confident, you can also manage the complete sales traject from lead conversion to close the deal.
We are selling mainly locally but if you have experience on specific market we are also opened to discuss.
Our payment model is the following:
* Fixed monthly amount (depending if you work full time, half time)
* Bonus per organized meeting above a minimum threshold of 4 per months
* Bonus based on your monthly results
We can also offer based on your progression a higher position in our organization in the future.
Must have
* Will to work and to learn
* Good communication with client
