Sales cold calling

I am looking for an experienced sales consultant to conduct a cold calling campaign with international businesses as the target market. The goal of this campaign is to build business relationships, not generate leads or sell products. I do not have any pre-prepared scripts or points to cover during the calls, so the consultant should have the knowledge and expertise to come up with their own approach. This campaign should be structured, organized, and conducted in a professional manner, and the appointed consultant will be expected to provide detailed and timely updates on performance.
