Sales assistance

I'm looking for someone with experience in sales assistance to help grow my retail business. They will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, and sales follow-up. My aim is to maximize sales, so I do not have a specific target. This person will be responsible for managing incoming emails and calls, booking appointments, following-up on leads, and more. Experience in the retail industry is preferred. Excellent communication skills are a must and the ability to work independently is key.
