Sales Representative (Inbound/Outbound)
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Our company is seeking more than 50 enthusiastic and results-driven sales representatives to join our growing team. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for selling our business services over the phone, both inbound and outbound. Your main duties will include:
Making outbound calls to potential customers to sell our services
Receiving inbound calls from interested customers and providing them with information about our services
Identifying and understanding customer needs, and offering appropriate solutions to meet those needs
Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
