Muttii Technologies is a leading backup software, disaster recovery, and secure data access provider to consumers, small-medium businesses, and enterprises. Our solutions include physical, virtual, and cloud server backup software, storage management, secure file sharing, and system deployment.
We are seeking a reliable & skilled person to join our dedicated customer service team to fill a permanent parttime position.
The purpose of the role is primarily for the efficient interpretation of customer telephone and email enquiries for price and availability for consulting with cold calling or warm inbound leads from small–medium sized companies and businesses, finding out their goals and matching them with the right products and services, accurate processing of orders and effectively addressing any customer queries or issues. Also, the successful person will need to be willing to be trained in related activities such as sales portal, stock ordering, stock control and administration.
The role is working remote and 100% online from anywhere in the world to cover France, North Africa, and the Middle East!
The successful person MUST have the following skills and attributes:
• Fluent in Arabic and French.
• 2+ years of phone-based sales experience in a high-volume environment is a must!
• A bright and enthusiastic personality.
• Competent in using computers and data entry is essential.
• Be flexible in performing a variety of tasks
• Proven to be self-motivated, reliable, and responsible
• Display professional and confident communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly & possess a willingness to continually develop.
• Successfully manage a pipeline of warm leads with outbound calls
• To thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding customer service skills
• A strong drive for personal achievement and success
• Build immediate rapport with sales leads with high conversion to customers
