Bonuses paid on every sale; good potential to make an ongoing $200aud+ per week in uncapped bonuses after just a few weeks on the job.

We provide a contract sales department, to a large commercial cleaning company in Australia.
This company is seeking to gather more clients, in order to grow its’ business.
Our company also operates in the Wedding Industry and other fields and we do offer long term, career-building opportunities. The company founder and the sales manager are very kind and friendly and will work directly with the successful applicant to provide comprehensive sales training and support, to ensure your ongoing success and work enjoyment.
Job Description
This role involves cold-calling potential sales prospects, who are business-owners in Australia.
As well as building a sales database through research and guidance using a CRM system. It involves building relationships with potential customers and generating appointments for a free quote in Commercial Cleaning services.
And in time, it also will involve helping us to develop sales systems and marketing initiatives.
The future outlook
This is a long-term, career opportunity with longer term scope for growth into Sales Management or additional sales opportunities.
Tasks include:
• Research potential customers based on criteria and guidance
• Add customers and potential customers to database and follow up accordingly
• Reach out to potential new customers via cold calling telemarketing and develop warm relationships
• Work with marketing department to develop and improve marketing support and sales materials and promotions relevant to the role.
Position Requirements
Firstly, I wish to hire just one person, not a company of telemarketers.
You must be in a position to work in a quiet environment and not be tied up or likely to be tied up with other personal duties such as tending a newborn baby.

9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday (40hpw) Adelaide, Australia time.
