Sales Director in South or Central America

We are a rapidly growing software company looking to build out our sales team in Central or South America!
Job responsibilitiea:
1. Do appointment setting and sales and manage the end-to-end process.
2. Recruit and manage salespeople
3. Manage CRM, dialer and end-to-end sales pipeline
