Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Bilingual (Spanish/English)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, scheduling demos, and supporting the sales team in meeting and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualify inbound leads through phone, email, and social outreach.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities by researching potential clients and industries.
Engage with decision-makers to understand their needs and present our solutions effectively.
Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads and prospects in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective outreach strategies.
Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation goals.
Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to enhance prospecting efforts.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales development or customer service role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to engage with C-level executives and other decision-makers.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Speaks and Writes Excellent - (Spanish/English)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in B2B sales or SaaS industry.
