Sales Closer – Warm Leads | Training & Bonuses - Commission-Only Remote

We’re looking for a confident, driven Sales Closer to join our growing agency. You’ll speak to warm leads (no cold calling), close deals using proven scripts and tools, and earn 7.5% commission per month per client closed.
This role is perfect for closers who want freedom, consistency, and strong upside.

Responsibilities:
- Run discovery and sales calls (Zoom or phone)
- Qualify leads using our ICP
- Present a clear, proven offer with a high close rate
- Follow up via email, DMs, and CRM
- Log activity in Notion or GHL

Requirements:
Experience closing high-ticket services, SaaS, or coaching programs
- Strong objection handling and follow-up mindset
- Fluent English + natural communicator
- Self-starter who thrives in flexible environments

Compensation:
- 7.5% monthly commission per active client you close
- E.g. £3,000/month client = £225/month
- Close 10 clients = £1,500/month
- Performance bonuses and room to grow
- Bonus every 5 closed clients of £500
