Sales Calls - New Recruitment Service
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
In the leadup to Christmas, we're looking for someone to make phone calls for us to talk to potential customers about a new recruitment service we are offering. The service is different to anything else on the market, and will reach many more candidates.
There is a CRM app, sales script and further information, and we are looking for someone who can really enter into conversations with employers and find out their pain points when it comes to recruiting. We're also gathering data on the state of the recruitment market, so the job will include that too.
We need someone:
- who can literally build rapport with anyone
- who is comfortable talking on the phone
- who can get excited about our product
- who can gain information from people without sounding like they are interrogating them
- who can use what a person has said to introduce the product
We don't expect many sales in the leadup to the holidays, however we want the person to build a base of warm leads that we can contact in the new year to drive sales.
Your job will be to call the potential customer, ask a few questions about how their recruitment efforts have been performing, introduce the new product, and offer to send them something via email and get back in touch in the new year. Of course, if they express interest, you should make the sale.
From there, there is a standard email that can be send out of our CRM system.
We have a list of 100 contacts so far, the list will continue to be grown, but if you run out of calls to make, you will need to source leads off the various job board platforms (Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc)

We require native English speakers with Australian, New Zealand, British, USA, Scottish, Irish, etc. accents only.
Rate will be AUD$30 per hour and you will be expected to call 8-10 people in one hour.
