Romania Tele Calling (lead generation)

I am looking for a freelancer who can handle Tele calls for my services in Romania. The ideal candidate should have experience in telemarketing and sales and should be fluent in Romanian and English. The project involves:
- Making outbound calls( non-Sales) to potential busniess customers,
- Presenting my services and explaining their benefits
- Achieving set milestone.
The freelancer should have a friendly and persuasive phone manner and be able to handle objections effectively.
The project requires a minimum of 3 hours per week, and ongoing availability is preferred. Payment will be based on hourly work performed.
