Looking for the right candidate who is an expert with Texting Campaigns, Cold Calling, Contracts, Negotiating, and Comp Analysis.
Desired Experience:
-Track record of getting 2+ wholesale deals under contract per month
-Track record of having a minimum of 75% close rate on your contracts
Bonus Opportunity:
-Our Acq. Manager will earn a bonus equal to 10% of our net profit on every closing generated from their contracts.
