Job Title: Freelancer for Real Estate Cold Calling & Lead Generation (10% Commission-Based)
Description:
I am looking for an experienced freelancer to cold call and generate leads for 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom properties (3/2) in my real estate wholesaling business. Your task will be to contact property owners, identify motivated sellers, and help secure contracts for properties that I can wholesale.
This is a commission-based position where you will earn 10% of the assignment fee for each 3/2 property contract you help secure.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners to identify potential sellers of 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom homes.
Use a provided script to qualify motivated sellers and gather property details.
Generate leads for 3/2 properties, focusing on distressed or off-market homes.
Set up appointments or pass qualified leads to me or my team for further negotiation.
Keep accurate records of all calls, leads, and outcomes in a CRM or spreadsheet.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation, ideally in real estate.
Strong communication skills and ability to connect with potential sellers.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with real estate wholesaling and targeting 3/2 properties is preferred but not required.
Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-based role.
You will earn 10% of the assignment fee for each 3/2 property contract you help secure.
For example, if the assignment fee on a deal is $10,000, your commission will be $1,000.
There is potential for ongoing work and higher commissions based on performance.
