Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am looking for a Telecaller/Sales expert with experience in the retail or edtech industry.
Requirements:
- Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Strong sales skills and a proven track record in product/services sales
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products
- Handle inbound calls from customers interested in our products and provide them with information and assistance to close sales
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and convince customers to make a purchase
- Knowledge of the retail industry and understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Previous experience in a similar role or in telemarketing/sales is highly preferred
