Full time and remote job, generate outbound phone calls using a dialer system to convert potential customers to leads.
The ideal candidate would be somebody who is passionate about selling and extremely comfortable with telemarketing or customer service . You must have at least 6 months work experience in BPO Call Center doing Outbound Sales, Inbound Sales, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Appointment Setting or Telemarketing.
*REQUIREMENTS*
-At least 6 months Call Center or remote ( WFH ) work experience in Outbound Sales, Inbound Sales, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Appointment Setting OR Telemarketing
-Zero to minimal training needed, must be READY to hit the ground running
-Natural, neutral and confident use of the English ,French and spanish .One of Those languages or more
-Working desktop/laptop [at least 2nd gen Intel core i3 or higher that supports Intel Turbo Boost Technology, 8GB RAM &Windows 8 or later (64bit)]
-Windows 10/Mac
-Stable and reliable internet connection (LAN/Ethernet cable required-NO WIFI)
Minimum 10MBPS download
3MBPS UPLOAD
USB 3.0 PORT
-Must have a dedicated room for work-free from outside noises.
-USB Call Center style headset with Noise Cancellation feature is Required. (NO dual cord or jack/analog type)
-NO frequent power outages and Internet connection issues
-Must be available to START as soon as possible.
