Remote WhatsApp & Call Support
Budget: ₹1,250 – ₹2,500 INR
I’m hiring a full-time, work-from-home representative to look after all day-to-day WhatsApp and phone interactions for my business. Your 9-hour shift will rotate within Indian business hours and you’ll be paid a fixed ₹5,000 each month.
On WhatsApp you’ll respond to customer support questions, guide sales inquiries to conversion, and process basic orders. Over the phone you’ll handle inbound customer support calls, place outbound sales calls, and make follow-ups to close open tickets or leads.
Freshers are welcome—what matters is a clear speaking voice, fast and error-free typing, and the ability to stay polite under pressure. You’ll work on WhatsApp Web, a soft-phone or mobile dialer, and simple Google Sheets for daily logs, so a reliable computer or smartphone and stable internet connection are non-negotiable.
