Remote Telecaller for Tech Sales & Support

As a technology business, our team requires a proficient telecaller to work remotely. The ideal candidate will take on important tasks such as:
- Customer support: Assisting customers with queries, problems, and instructions to help ensure satisfaction.
- Sales calls: Initiating calls to potential customers, promoting our services and products, and aiming to secure sales. Help customers acquire loans, and insurance, open DEMAT Accounts and invest in Mutual Funds
The best fit for this role would be individuals with experience in telephone-based customer service and sales, especially within the technology industry. Strong communication skills and the ability to work remotely are a necessity.
