We're a leading web development company seeking an experienced Customer Care Sales Executive to join our team. As a sales-driven individual, you'll play a key role in generating new business leads, converting sales, and providing exceptional customer care to our clients.

*Job Responsibilities:*

- Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls daily to potential clients
- Generate new business leads and convert sales
- Provide exceptional customer care and support to existing clients
- Understand and communicate our website development plans and pricing
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless project delivery

*Compensation:*

- Commission-based salary (upto ₹5,000 per sale)
- Advanced payment available after 2-3 successful sales
- Opportunity to earn up to ₹20,000 - ₹50,000 per month

*Requirements:*

- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer care, or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer care best practices
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
