HR Recruiter Telecaller – India Only

I’m growing the Let’s Make Brand (LMB) team and need enthusiastic telecallers—full-time or part-time—to focus exclusively on recruiting new candidates. I’ll supply the contact database, calling script, and a step-by-step process; you bring strong communication skills and the drive to connect with people.

Free online training happens over Google Meet before your first call, so you’ll know exactly what to say and how to record responses. To finalise your onboarding you’ll open a free Demat account with our authorised partner (18+ Indian citizens only). A valid PAN Card & some few documents is required for the demat account opening; if you don’t have Pan Card, our company issues it at no cost.

Your day-to-day work is simple: call the leads provided, explain the opportunity clearly, answer questions, and guide interested prospects through our joining steps. Keep basic call notes and update me on conversions; all tools and trackers are ready for you.
