Ability to prioritize tasks.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in cold calling, real estate or selling land is highly desirable.
Common Tasks:
Daily follow up of leads.
Detailed note-taking with every interaction.
Common knowledge of addresses, cities, states.
Negotiating prices.
Calling, sending text messages and emailing leads.
Offering of additional properties that fit the customer’s needs.
Explaining the benefits of buying property from us (‘No Hassle purchase)
Delivering excellent quality calls.
Meeting monthly sales metrics.
More About the Role:
Full time role.
Availability to work Monday – Saturday (8hrs per day.)
Weekly payment (we pay thru Upwork)*
Advanced or native-like English written, verbal and reading skills.
