I’m looking for an experienced freelancer to support my real estate business with lead generation and appointment setting. This role involves building a targeted database of property owners in Perth, Western Australia, and making professional outbound calls to check if they are open to a property appraisal.
You must be confident on the phone, comfortable speaking with homeowners, and able to understand Australian accents. Accuracy, professionalism, and good phone manners are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather correct and verified contact details for property owners (phone numbers, email IDs).
- Use the provided addresses and data‑gathering tool to source information.
- Make outbound calls to Perth homeowners to introduce my services.
- Ask whether they are open to a property appraisal.
- Qualify leads and book appointments directly into my schedule.
- Maintain accurate notes in the CRM.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation.
- Strong English communication skills with clear, confident phone manners.
- Comfortable handling objections and speaking with homeowners.
