Real Estate B2C Lead Generation

I'm looking for an experienced cold caller to help generate leads in the B2C real estate market, with a specific focus on surplus funds recovery. This is a cold calling position, not focused on immediate sales, but rather taking the cold lead and creating interest to where the lead will become warm and handed off to our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls targeting potential claimants (people who have lost their house foreclosure) in the real estate sector.
- Identify and qualify potential leads for further engagement.
Ideal Skills:
- Prior experience in cold calling, particularly in the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong English (American) Accent is preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.
Experience in B2C lead generation is a must. Your role will be crucial in helping us expand our consumer base in the real estate market.
