Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound phone calls and sending messages via WhatsApp to the leads
- Building rapport and trust with the leads
- Convincing and converting them into potential clients
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of the real estate industry, particularly in the residential sector
- Fluency in English and Hindi is a must
- Previous experience in lead conversion would be a plus
