Real Estate ISA for Cold Calling & CRM

I require a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) with some experience. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Real Geeks CRM platform and efficient in data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold calling: This will be the primary responsibility, requiring less than 10 hours a week dedicated specifically for this task.
- CRM management: Experience with the Real Geeks platform is preferable. You'll oversee tracking and follow-ups, keep our database up to date and accurately input pertinent info as necessary.
- Data entry: You must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple inputs.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Real estate industry experience (preferably)
- Proficient with Real Geeks CRM (or similar)
- Efficient data entry skills
- Ability to handle rejection and prolong conversation
