Real Estate Cold Caller and assistant

I am looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience as a Real Estate assistant and performing cold calling to Expireds, calling my actual leads, providing information, and coordinating appointments with them. Also, this position will be sending weekly emails and texts to leads and clients for follow-up and client retention.
