Real Estate Cold Caller/ Virtual Assistant Needed -- 3
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I am a real estate investor looking for a cold caller. I am looking for someone is who is a hard-worker, punctual, and has a positive attitude. Job duties are as follows:
- Calling up to $1,000 distressed homeowners per week to see if they are interested in a cash offer for their property or land.
- Managing CRM
- Send texts to distressed homeowners
- Set follow up appointments for acquisition manager
- Working on computer for at least 4 hours per day
The available schedule is Tuesday-Saturday 4p-8p EST.
