Real Estate Cold Caller Needed

I'm looking for a diligent and experienced real estate cold caller to help me generate leads.
The focus of this role will be on:
- Reaching out to homeowners and For Sale By Owner (FSBO) listings.
- Targeting a specific county in my region.
The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Previous experience in real estate cold calling.
- Proficiency in lead generation
- Ability to communicate in clear natural sounding English
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver results.

This will be a part-time engagement, with the expectation of 10-20 hours per week. The goal is to bring in a steady stream of high-quality leads for potential real estate transactions.
