Real Estate Cold Caller - Must have experience - Florida - Long-term commitment and contract to renew monthly
Hours of operation are Monday - Tuesday - Friday from 4:00 pm to -8 pm EST - Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. This is Eastern Standard Time.
Must be able to speak English. This is a base payment + bonuses for each closed deal.
Targeting Residential Leads
- Ideal candidate should have experience in cold calling residential leads
Preferred Method of Communication: Phone Calls
- Excellent communication skills over the phone is required
Hoping to Generate 1-10 leads per week
- Must be able to consistently generate a weekly quota of leads
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a real estate cold caller
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
- Ability to effectively handle objections and rejections
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
