I'm seeking an experienced cold caller to generate leads for my real estate business. I have a list of 8000 leads that are in our market area. Your primary task will be to reach out to homeowners who are not currently on the market but may be interested in selling for cash with a quick 7-day close.
Key requirements:

- Engage potential sellers and gauge their interest
- Record responses and update my lead database
