Number of leads: Aim to generate 1-50 leads
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to effectively handle objections and close deals
- Familiarity with real estate CRM systems
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Experience in residential real estate is preferred
