Real Estate Buyer Call Handling
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a professional to handle incoming calls from potential real estate buyers.
- Your role is performing customer service and collecting information about their buying preferences.
- The ideal candidate will answer less than 10 calls per day as needed for 8 hours. 5 days per week
- some days will be less than 5 calls
- You will need to collect the following from each call:
- Buyer's contact details.
- Property preferences: type, location, budget.
- Timeline for their purchase.
- Specific property types my buyers are interested in are:
- Residential Homes.
- Apartments/Condos.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a good telephone manner, and the ability to understand and collate key information. Experience in real estate or sales is an added advantage.
