Description:
We are launching a new business-focused podcast and are looking for a freelancer to handle guest outreach and appointment setting. The podcast highlights hidden gems in various industries—professionals and entrepreneurs who are highly successful but not active on social media. Each episode will feature in-depth conversations about their journey, challenges, and strategies.

The freelancer’s primary role will be to call potential guests, explain the podcast concept, and secure interview slots.

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential guests (contact list will be provided).
• Introduce the podcast in a professional, engaging manner and highlight its value to the guest.
• Answer basic questions and handle objections confidently.
• Schedule interviews, confirm availability, and share details with our team.
• Maintain a simple log/report of calls, responses, and confirmed bookings.

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (clear, confident, and professional).
• Prior experience in telecalling, client coordination, PR, or appointment setting preferred.
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Professional and polite approach while being persistent.
• Reliable phone setup and stable internet connection.

Project Details:
• Type: Part-time/flexible, based on outreach volume.
• Duration: Initial 1-2weeks (with possibility of extension).
• Payment: Fixed fee + performance bonus for each successful booking.
• Location: Remote (India-based preferred for language/availability alignment).
