Budget: $400 – $401 USD
I am looking for a skilled cold caller with experience in real estate, particularly in residential properties. Your main responsibility will be to set appointments with potential clients interested in buying or selling property.
I offer $400.00 for each lead you generate. Payment will be disbursed once the client's transaction has closed and we have been paid. No base pay. If you excel in this role, there's significant earning potential using my system. With our revolutionary cash NOW program, we can close deals immediately.
Must be able to speak clearly in English.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in cold calling
- Background in the real estate sector, particularly residential properties
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to collect and record detailed information from leads
- Update CRM ( Follow -up boss)
- Familiar using Vulcan 7 for leads
- Must be able to set appointments
