I'm looking for a dedicated phone support specialist to handle customer inquiries and assist in processing orders and returns. The expected call volume is less than 10 per day.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably over the phone
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle inquiries and requests with a positive attitude
