I'm in need of an experienced telecaller, who has worked in sales, to join my team. The job involves making calls to potential clients and offering them personal loan products.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in sales: A successful candidate must have a proven track record in sales, preferably in a similar field.
- Afternoon Shift: The ideal candidate should be available during the afternoon shift, this is when most of the calls are made.
Performance Monitoring:
- The candidate's performance will be evaluated based on their conversion rate. A successful candidate should be able to convert a good number of calls into actual loan applications.
