Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers (retired U.S. residents) to engage, follow up, and provide assistance.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with a warm, friendly tone.
• Address any questions or concerns customers may have.
• Log call details and feedback for internal records.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in conversations.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English with no strong accent.
• Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or phone-based communication preferred.
• A pleasant and engaging phone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for making calls.
• Ability to commit to 4 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
