I need a call center who is able
To work small and large jobs to transfer health insurance leads for me (consumers who are interested and qualify for my low cost health insurance plans)
you will call leads - read script to leads (have enough common knowledge to rebutle without script if need be) once leads agree to speak to an agree you will then transfer agent (cold) do not introduce customer

if you have your own dialer
What your hourly rate is per agent
Hourly rate for campaign manager

Can you generate your own consumer health leads
I will need all recordings of calls
When transferring the customers number must show on caller ID NOT the dialers number
I will provide script
(I do have a dialer if you need it) but let me know
My dialer is vicidial so agents/manager must be familiar with this type of dialer
We will start with calling just about 10 leads per day the goal is to transfer the leads and the leads be on the call with agent (on the transferred line) for at least 120secs after transfer
You will need to try any leads that do not answer at least 3 times since these are live leads
My dialer only has one outbound 1800 # -if is preferred that you have your own dialer with multiple outbound numbers to spoof callers
We will track ACTIVE time on dialer unless otherwise stated please use the phrase “dialer
Reps” so I know you read and understand what I need please answer all questions in your bid w/ phrase word
