Outbound tech software sales men to close deals
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I have a steady stream of warm, inbound leads who have already expressed interest in an industry-specific software solution and leads from people wanting to sell there home. Your job is simple: to call leads and open or click our emails and convert into sales of our subscriptions.
The schedule is fixed—Monday through Friday, 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. (your local time must let you be on those hours). I track every minute through the Freelancer Time Tracker and pay $2/hour, plus a healthy $150 commission for every closed deal. Commissions are uncapped, paid weekly alongside your approved hours.
I will personally train you on the software product,real estate deals, and the exact closing script that converts. What I need from you is crystal-clear English, a friendly phone presence, and excellent communication skills. Prior sales experience and the ability to pick things up quickly are definitely a plus, but not mandatory if you can prove you’re a natural closer.
Key deliverables each week:
• All scheduled hours accurately logged in the tracker
• Consistent follow-up notes inside our CRM after every call
• Closed sales reflected in the system and verified by me for payout
