Outbound Telemarketing Campaign for Merchant Services Looking for BPO's

We are looking to hire a reliable and experienced BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) team for a long-term outbound telemarketing campaign in the merchant services space.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 full-time agents available

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Previous sales or telemarketing experience is a must

Must have your own dialer (e.g., ViciDial) and VoIP phone system

Must be able to provide 350+ calls per day per rep

Ability to provide your own SMB (small-to-medium business) leads is a strong plus

Stable internet, power backup, and quiet work environment

Schedule:
Full-time

Monday to Friday

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST

Responsibilities:
Call warm leads provided by us

Supplement with your own SMB lead lists

Transfer qualified business owners to our in-house closers

Schedule callbacks and log notes

Participate in weekly coaching calls and training
