Outbound Lead Generation Specialist

- Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling and outbound sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking
- Ability to develop and refine sales scripts for different customer profiles
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a lead generation strategy
- Create and optimize sales scripts to engage different types of prospects
- Conduct cold calls with the goal of securing appointments
- Accurately track and manage leads in the CRM database
- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates
