Outbound Cold Caller for Real Estate Lending (Mortgage Loan Origination)

Description:
We are seeking a confident and motivated outbound cold caller to engage with real estate investors and property owners for our private lending business . Your role will focus on initiating contact, pre-qualifying leads, and transferring interested prospects to our internal sales team.
A detailed script and calling software (Call Tools) will be provided. We are looking for someone who can follow the process, handle light objections, and communicate clearly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to real estate investors using the provided script.
- Ask pre-qualification questions to gauge interest and eligibility.
- Live transfer qualified leads to sales team, or request a better call back time from our team
- Write and log call notes based on conversation
Ideal Candidate:
- Native English speaker
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging tone.
- Capable of handling simple rebuttals and maintaining composure.
- Prior experience in real estate, lending, or telemarketing is advantageous but not required.
Calls will be made through "Call Tools" software, so familiarity is a plus but not mandatory.
