Outbound Calling Agent for Sales and Marketing (Philippines ONLY)
We are seeking an experienced Outbound Calling Agent based in the Philippines to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in outbound calling within the sales and marketing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to offer free samples of our products
- Conduct sales pitches and present product information to prospects
- Answer customer questions and address any concerns they may have
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an outbound calling agent in the sales and marketing industry
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Benefits:
- Hourly Rate $4 CAD
- $5 CAD incentive for new sale
- $50 - $150 incentive for weekly sales
