Outbound Call Center Agents for Private Lending

I am in need of intermediate-level outbound call center agents who can help cold call real estate investors and property owners for my private lending business. The agents will be provided with a script, which they will read from, and will need to ask basic pre-qualification questions before transferring interested leads to my internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to real estate investors using a provided script.
- Ask simple pre-qualification questions.
- Live transfer qualified leads to our sales team.
- Record basic call details and lead information.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Intermediate experience in outbound calling.
- Exceptional English language skills.
- Ability to follow a script and ask questions.
- Capability to accurately record call details.
- Prior experience in real estate or lending sectors is a plus.
